We all dance in the nude almost …
show all our assets ...most …
the drum beats mostly…
in synchronicity ….
we show ...everything....
…people watch us intently …
we dance …
in our bikinis ....…
then someone pranks...
...loosens the threads...
as we hold on to not…
these let go----------
them drop almost…
we enjoy dancing …
as men run along
we continue to dance ….
...then pair off to another land …
all of our own ...DIFFERENT KINDA SAND...…
each one with another
….we pair..we pair..we pair…
...all others stare ... stare.. and stare----
as music continues to play …
we close on and make belief …
... two each other dare to relieve….
we roll on in slumber ...

Parallel universes
I can’t remain in my universe when I read your poems. I have to place myself in a different space. I think everything you write has a omnipresent emotional feel attached to it. It’s playful yet sad but doesn’t take itself too seriously but it’s not fully a joke either though is it? Sorta how all Tim Burton films exist in his weird universe or Wes Anderson. Everything has this dreamlike haze shellacked over it. You’re such an interesting writer.
