Hi. There seems to be a bit of a blip on site at the moment. When posting a comment, it says technical error after hitting the send button. It does also say your comment was posted, which indeed they are, but judging by the duplicate comments form some, perhaps not everyone is realising this.

These are two of the most important and most woefully under-used tools on Neopoet.
Such a pity fellow poets are not interested in commenting on poems you feel are worth commenting on - they tend to wait for something they can virtually tear apart.
If we forget or our password won't take. How are we to put in old password if we don't know it or it won't work.
Unlike other forums and web-sites I have usually subscribed to , I have noticed that there is no option to delete the old PMs. I mean if there are options to move to archieve and other folders , how come we can't have an option to delete and don't these PMs make an overload on the forum.

I've noticed that the advanced formatting doesn't work with me. Is it only for premium members or for moderators and workshop leaders and does it include the bold and italic forms?

I have been trying to access the archives repeatedly over the past several days with no luck. My new and old passwords or usernames or emails wont work. I even tried resetting the passwords. I can view the stream but when I click the downloadall link and try to log in it says I have the wrong username and or password but I can log onto the regular site fine. I tried searching the cached versions of my work online with no luck. Am I the only one this is happening too and if so is there something I'm doing wrong? Please any suggestions.
