where is utopia?

Coles doesn't stock spinach anymore
sometimes you can find it in the cans
but it doesn't come in bunches

I don't know what a spinach plant looks like
so I'd Google it

***

I want to find out what finding out is
where's the screws on my iPod?
my mobile?

how do you use a thesaurus?
I know it's not alphabetised like a dictionary
isn't there a search tab?

***

I can't remember what a stone looks like
in my hands, touching me

I can't incite the feeling of a bird
leaving my hands, a feather
drooping through the air hits my hands

***

what does a guitar sound like?
don't give me bit rates and digital conversions

the most natural thing in the room is me talking to myself

About This Poem

Last Few Words: an urban blues mourning the death of reality in light of superseding technology that remains both mysterious and temporary for the user. inspired by my recent hobby of dissecting cameras.

I agree with Mark this is well written, but i believe Utopia is in man's mind. Find peace find Utopia, and stress is an invention of modern day society. Great poem Regards Roscoe..
