Different Whispers of a Song

Sometimes it seems so difficult
making sense, of what is true,

by the time I've gained the knowledge
for that day, the day changes, "hue"!

Consequently, I have lately
become multi-optic with my eyes,

and a tad bit more discerning
so that the truth, I'll realize.

I listen with my ears....intent
and I know from what I see,

when things start appearing "suspect"
I'll ask questions to clear things up for me.

We are products of our own nature
and prefer not to get things, wrong;.

so when I cannot sing all the words
I'll sing a different whisper of a song.

the truth is often hard to spot and I think you have proved that with this attention-grabbing poem. I really liked this piece because it raised a lot of questions for the reader. My favorite lines are:

when things start appearing "suspect"
I'll ask questions to clear things up for me.

We are products of our own nature
and prefer not to get things, wrong;.

so when I cannot sing all the words
I'll sing a different whisper of a song.

very clever wording.

A great piece where you are telling of the way you need to see not just with your eyes.
The vision is grand then the eyes tell the rest what to feel. A blind person would feel then tell the eyes what to see.
Lovely to be here to read these pieces, you take care , Yours Ian.T
