Standing Moral, or Grave Reason...

Standing Moral, or Grave Reason

What fate awaits me behind your withered look
is it but a friendly death or tortured consequence
Why would death befriend an idle miscreant like I
would I have deserved this blessed relief.

What and who gives you the right to torture souls
with your inefficient intellectual public school ways
No moral standing I would wager did you attain
under those marshalled mind manipulating masters.

Corrupt even corrupted I say you and they are
persons owned by deceit of all their knowledge
Can you ever collect a conscience or a reason
on which you can salvage some decent thoughts

My words may unsettle your immaculate timing
of stage managed sentences which detach blame
But hardened have I become to your incessant wants
knowing that they are but greed by another name.

Have you not stealthily stole enough from the whole
leaving little enough for them our countries tenants
But I suppose they like you would understand theft
and purposefully defy other voices, as jealous taunts.

Well carry on with your decision however cruel,
I am now resigned to an ethical chastisement
slowly wearing down all resistant cells still arguing,
gnawing constantly against all reasonable conclusions.

And fight I will no more with tongue nor reason
which before were my sword and so useless shield.
Next time we meet please stand up front alone
hide not behind money or class upon our battle field.
