Stagnant and Stale
Almost a year now
where does it end
will a vaccine end the toil and strife
of being isolated from friend and loved ones?
Can a vaccine cure a broken life
wasting away
wanting more
The pain and agony of the loss of a loved one
is more than an individual can stand
Three years now when does it let go and let me move on
guilt, no none
as he once told me
if I ever am gone
I want you to live on

no option lynn
''if I ever am gone
I want you to live on...''''
sane advice
remember TB 100 years old
it still lives amidst
but those who are over 100 years old
may be dementic barely six
So live on till you are 100 years old
they are thinking of man's life
as a thousand
what will one
do ask em
lovedly
thank you stopping by and reading
I have nothing...
to say about the logic of it, you are right.
There is no vaccine that cures a broken heart
although, maybe a shot of fresh friendship
and the connections of family, can ease the pain somewhat.
I'm thinking that instead of an [e] you mean, [one move on?]
Or is it, [one move on from guilt?]
I'm not sure that you finished the thought, before starting the next one.
It's hard; I'm hoping that this pandemic
is over soon, so that we are not so alone with our thoughts.

Poignant words. Your title is almost a poem itself...
