Gone from Beauty

I am gone from lasting beauty,
gone from the spiritual height;

and move as a machine moves,
cold, with no baring for right.

I sinned the way a man sins
who's given up spiritual light,

listened to the desires of body
and gave it pleasures to delight.

And all the while, healing of spirit
I ignored, laid in physical grave.

Now eternals disperse from me
to accelerate a deep space run,

I feel I’ve moved at light years
from the protection of my sun.

Hi Tyro,
My wish to your character, sin on but be kind and your sun will return. There is nothing wrong in being yourself. Don't hurt yourself, don't hurt others and live life. Why to poetisize the morbid ideas of sin?
The world is only more miserable because of it.

thanks raj,but I am trying to distinguish between the spirit and the body, so that's why I use physical.

thanks for the reply IRiz,
but sin is not the point; It is about the danger of choosing exclusively the physical over the spiritual. .
