one like me will swallow

But I have left

INDELIBLE FOOT PRINTS
not on sands of
TIME

but upon veins and nerves and genes of mine
a gift of DIVINE

I brought it
now carry forward will all ye
don't say self seeker poet me
I am also human
like a part of ye

If you read others' work and offered some meaningful critique, rather than some narcissistic babble, then others would be more inclined to read your work and offer positive critique.

I am now above all sinking boats
