It's not that big...my home I mean,
but it's as sweet as honey could call.
When children's noise goes loud that brings
such calmness, love and peace to my soul.
No matter where our surroundings are
My heart and love will always be
Abiding in a country strange or far
Or where my parents love taught me.
No region, state is large enough
to hold the love of my small land.
Compassion and cacophony
I love my mad cap home

Yeah, it is finally streamed there...My Sweet Home. :)
nice one guys
this is really well developed in regards to the collaboration, it flows very well and maintains the main idea vividly. nice job. tighten up the grammar a little bit (surroundings, etc.) and you're golden.

Hello sweet mand
and many thanks for your lovely visit.
I am happy you like it. I am sure my friends
Ian and sir Wesley appreciate your nice comment as well.
Hi guys
It has amazed me how well this shop's collaborative poetry has flowed.......stan
Honestly
Though the poem is good...it did not give me that pastoral feel....having said that...this is just my personal opinion..even though the accomplished poets from the big league have given great comments...
Regards,
maybe that was
Because of my bad beginning raj. I thought the same when many were hesitant to comment including the shop leader Lol.
I appreciate your honesty dear raj!
It's but what is expected from all.
Rula
Please note that I didn't mean to be harsh...as I said it was my personal opinion...i agree that it gives a good feeling but I had expected much more when poets in the big league have teamed up like you, Ian and Wesley....so just let go of my opinion..don't think too much of it..
Regards,
pastoral
As we defined it in this shop (which has made a Big expansion on the traditional definition which restricted it to just country settings) this poem left me with a good feeling.
There is SO much poetry written about things which are upsetting in nature, war, politics, violence and such that I think a single term needed to be used to describe that poetry which leaves a reader with a calm or good feeling. Talking about a happy home does this..............stan
Thank you Boss!!
This is too what I thought when you first explained the term in its new "dress", and since I have no real experience of what could a real country life look like, home was the first thing that came to my mind to give the feeling of peace.
Rula,
I didn't comment because I was one of the authors. Of course your idea was special which is why everyone liked it.
