How true the priest be blessed too
Once I read a last summary
by a priest ere he died
he had said somewhat like this
I have preached god's wisdom
all my life
in his everlasting presence
to keep and help you maintain
your sanity
but now that I too am going
I have yet to come across
who can look after the blood pressure
of 7.5 billion or so (then maybe one less)
but now that I am about to go
I'd love to bless you too
Remember me
only after I have left you
praise me
don't, curse me
I had a family to look after
like all of you
Darn it Loved.
This is a poem, not a blog. You should post your poems as poems and your blogs as blogs.
You're making me nuts, but then... you always have.
DARN IT
One has to wait 24 hours
you know it snow
am i also not nuts
like u
So you are using a loophole.
You're cheating. Bad girl. You'll set a bad example.
One poem a day is not a strict rule, but rather an issue of honor. We restrain ourselves willingly, not because of a rule. We want to give other poets a chance to stay at the top of the list longer, but those who post multiple times a day push those who may be new down the list where they are not noticed.
Do you see my point?
WES, in defence of Lovedly...
I wrote a poem and posted it as a blog because a blog is the place to post serious matters. If presented as a poem only, the content doesn't lead to truly thinking about it. If written in prose, few
will get thru the first sentence, And since few read me, I am hoping a BLOG will elicit a better response.
joe
thanks a lot Joe
u save my skin though
forget and forgive
all know
loved by now
but not as much as you do
god bless them too
some day they will know
loved who!!!!
Good argument Joe.
I guess I'm over protective of anyone new.
